Years ago, in a sun-soaked café in Melbourne, we tasted something that made us stop mid-sentence. A double shot of espresso poured over ice-cold sparkling tonic.

It sounded…unusual. It tasted unforgettable. Bright. Balanced. Bold. Clean. Coffee, completely reimagined.

Sophy, an adamantly non-coffee drinker, couldn’t stop thinking about it. David, a coffee aficionado, wouldn’t stop raving about it. 

Back in Los Angeles, we learned to craft our own espresso tonics in our home kitchen. And most people reacted the same way we did at first…”sparkling coffee?”,  then they'd take a sip and light up. That moment of unexpected surprise became our favorite part of the experience.

Working with mixologist Caer Maiko Ferguson, we tested hundreds of combinations of roasts, citrus notes, and botanicals. Rounding out the flavor with the caramel notes of dates. We chased that feeling of the perfect first sip: exceptionally refreshing and unexpectedly delicious. 

Made for golden afternoons, creative resets, long road trips, rooftop hangs, and the in-between moments that deserve something worth savoring.
