We currently ship within the United States from California.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We move quickly so you can start sipping sooner!
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@drinksolzi.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging and we will endeavour to make it right.Â
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please reach out to us at hello@drinksolzi.com so that we can work with the carrier to investigate. While we’re not responsible for carrier errors once a package has been marked delivered, we’ll always do our best to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We work quickly to ship orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
